Believe it or not, another year has nearly passed and it’s time to focus on 2013.

In order to get on the fast track to profitability, we need to have a plan chock-full of ways to increase margins and decrease our costs of sale.

While each of our organizations is at a different life cycle point, there are approaches to a more profitable year ahead (or continued profits for those ahead of the curve).
