Gefen Signs Brand Protection Agency for Pricing Regulation

Gefen, a digital connectivity solutions company and division of Nortek, announced today a new partnership with the Brand Protection Agency (BPA).

It is an effort to ensure adherence to Gefen‘s minimum advertised pricing policy.

Under Gefen’s guidance, the BPA will oversee potential violations of Gefen’s minimum advertised price (MAP) policy and provide competitive intelligence to that the company’s pricing polities remain practical and viable in today’s rapidly advancing market. Gefen’s top selling products will be actively monitored under this agreement.

The MAP is part of Gefen’s new, best-in-class go-to-market program supporting consistent, profitable business delivery to its partner base. The program is intended to directly addresses the main concerns of resellers around the world.
