At booth #C9145 at InfoComm 2016, ADI Global Distribution showcased its products from hundreds of top industry manufacturers and educated attendees on several educational opportunities to help installers earn industry certifications and increase their expertise.

Marco Cardazzi, vice president of marketing, North America, for ADI, took the time to talk to CI about what the company wanted integrators to take away from visiting the company’s booth at InfoComm 2016, June 8-10 in Las Vegas.

If we learn about only one product innovation in your InfoComm 2016 booth, what should it be?

ADI is dedicated to helping integrators grow their business in A/V and Digital Signage as well as all facets of Security, Surveillance and Access Control. With the proper skills, training and knowledge of the latest technology innovations, expanding into new categories can be easy for dealers.

ADI is committed to providing our installing customers with the support, service and education they need. We offer products from hundreds of top industry manufacturers and several educational opportunities to help our customers earn industry certifications and increase their expertise.

ADI holds 46 Expos across North America throughout the year, each providing a full day of educational seminars.  We also provide educational and vendor training programs in over 100 North American ADI Branch Locations.

In addition, ADI offers pre-sales support to help our customers with projects as well as job kitting and staging, and Project Registration to help save time and money.

Ok….What if we have time to see one more thing?

We would urge attendees to participate in ADI’s Skills Challenge located in the Security Solutions Pavilion. The ADI sponsored Security Solutions Pavilion (Booth #C9145) is much more than a must-see exhibit where attendees can learn how they can expand their businesses into new markets.

It is also the home of ADI’s Skills Challenge. This series of eight challenges gives you the chance to test your skills as you race against the clock to solve real world problems that industry professionals face in the field every day. Those that complete all eight challenges are eligible to win some great prizes.

The challenges are set by our participating manufacturers which include Altronix, Arecont Vision, Assa Abloy, Applied Wireless, Axis Communications, D-Link, DYMO, Greenlee, HID, Hikvision, Honeywell, Interlogix, Platinum Tools, QNAP and TRENDNet.

What’s one last impression you’d like us to take away from your InfoComm 2016 booth?

ADI is focused on helping our dealer customers expand and grow their businesses by introducing them to new technologies that will help them expand into new markets. As part of that mission ADI not only provides our customers with the products they need to expand into adjacent spaces, but also the education they need to excel in those spaces and services that will help them better serve their customers.

ADI offers hundreds of educational opportunities every year. Our Expo program includes 46 industry events held across North America which are free of charge to ADI Customers. Each Expo offers Industry professionals a number of unique educational seminars specifically chosen based on the needs of industry professionals in the region.

Attendees can also earn accredited certifications which verify a dealer’s knowledge and skill set in a space even though they may have only recently expanded their business into that space. With training facilities in all of our Branch Locations, ADI offers an assortment of other training opportunities as well including branch events, vendor trainings, webinars and more.

To help our customers facilitate projects, ADI provides assistance through our Systems, Sales and Support Team. This group of highly trained specialists is on hand to act as a dedicated IP Networking team to help build a complete surveillance system, A/V specialists to review home theater requirements or assistance with a range of other projects.

Whichever direction ADI customers want to steer their business into, our Systems, Sales and Support Team is there to help them offer complete integrated systems to their customers.
