This year at InfoComm 2015, Martin Audio will be revealing the CDD Series—a six two-way full-range coaxial system. Spectators will be able to see the CDD at the show in Orlando, Fla. before it becomes available in North America late next month.

“InfoComm is one of our landmark tradeshows of the year,” a representative from the marketing department of Martin Audio UK says. “With the installation focus and the opportunity of the US market, creating an effective launch for the show was both critical and timely.”

Some major features of the CDD include patent pending coaxial differential dispersion technology, which delivers more consistent audience coverage than systems with fixed dispersion. It also projects more output to the rear of the audience to distribute sound evenly from front-to-back while having wide horizontal coverage.

The CDD is also visually appealing. “The full-range enclosures can be used in both horizontal or vertical orientation and the curved shape of each full-range enclosure allows it to be discreetly mounted to a wall or ceiling,” the Martin Audio UK representative says.

The biggest and most appealing feature of the CDD is that it is competitively priced. It is, on average, 20 percent less than the current AQ range that CDD will supersede.

This system delivers class-leading performance, fidelity and coverage consistency to venues that demand the ultimate in cutting-edge technology. “But that doesn’t mean it’s expensive,” the representative says. “The CDD is our most competitive install speaker box price for larger installs. Fewer boxes are also required, meaning the total install price can be very cost-effective.”

The CDD enclosures are molded in UPM Formi – a composite material that combines stiffness with internal damping properties, delivering signature design to support discreet installation.

“Whether it’s a small or large church, the CDD Series is the one-stop solution,” the representative says. “The increased coverage area can reduce the speaker count in larger installations. Even coverage over a larger area ensures the entire congregation, front-to-back, can enjoy the service, whether that is traditional or full-on rock gospel.”

To see the CDD, visit Martin Audio at booth 809 and see a demo of the system in demo room W203C.
