Published: 2015-02-09

For those who’ve escaped the snow that is pelting the Northeastern United States for annual Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) show, the Montreal company Matrox Graphics will be on hand and displaying products like its newly available C420 graphics card.

Exhibiting in stand 11-F68 at the trade event, Matrox’s latest hardware solution is designed to provide dealers with a product that supports the ability to feed multiple displays at resolutions up to 2,560 x 1,600 in environments that include control rooms and digital signage systems.

Matrox ships the C420 with its PowerDesk software to enable Dealers to configure and manage their clients’ multi-display setups quickly and easily.

“Matrox is renowned for giving professional users and systems integrators the premium technical assistance, long product life cycles and easy-to-use PowerDesk desktop management software they need to maximize ROI,” boasts Caroline Injoyan, business development manager, Matrox Graphics Inc. “C-Series builds on that tradition while offering our customers higher performance and higher display density solutions.”

The low-profile, fanless, quad-output PCI Express card can also be linked together to drive as many as eight displays, and Matrox says that through its secure Mini DisplayPort capabilities, connectivity concerns are minimized.

Additionally, the product also incorporates 2GB of on-board memory to support quality video feeds.

Matrox says the product is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Linux operating systems, and it offers DirectX 11.2 OpenGL 4.4 compliance.
