NSCA Courts Tech Students at Integration Business Survival Conference

Few probably hear the complaint more than trade organization NSCA—integration firms struggle to find young, tech-savvy students to recruit. So NSCA invited several students from Lincoln Technical Institute to attend its Integration Business Survival Conference & Technology Showcase in Atlanta.

Integrators and sponsoring manufacturers get a chance to network with students from Lincoln Tech’s Marietta, Ga., campus between training sessions on business, technology trends and products.

Chuck Wilson, executive director of NSCA, is chairman of Electronic Systems Professional Alliance (ESPA), which—in partnership with CEA, CEDIA, ESA, CompTIA and CABA—provides training and certification for entry level Electronic Systems Technicians (ESTs).

During the conference, Wilson talked to some Lincoln Tech students about the Certified EST program:
