ActivTable
The ActivTable from Promethean features a 46-inch display and an audio system that includes recording options.
January 30, 2013 | by CI Staff

The biggest innovation to happen in the field of education without a doubt is the use of technology to augment a child’s ability to learn.

The Skinny: Promethean introduced its ActivTable during the annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. The company says this interactive learning tool can be used to help multiple students simultaneously learn.

The Specs: The company says the ActivTable incorporates multi-touch capabilities to allow as many as six students to use the product at once. The product features a 46-inch HD LCD display with an individual tool library that includes keyboards, math tools, web browsers and other options. Promethean adds the ActivTable also includes an integrated sound system for complete multimedia lessons and voice recordings.

Solutions: The ActivTable from Promethean is engineered for school classrooms.
