Count Samsung Techwin America among those that are toeing the network camera line while being careful not to alienate clients clinging to analog surveillance solutions.
During ASIS 2011 in Orlando, Fla., Samsung unveiled a slew of fixed dome cameras, both digital network cameras and analog domes, plus a point-tilt-zoom line.
Samsung Techwin America also unveiled a line of network video recorders (NVR), which it says provides real-time recording capability at 30 frames-per-second (fps), CIF resolution and a dual H.264/MJPEG codec.
