SureCall Targets Small Businesses with New Cell Signal Booster

Published: 2016-08-02

It’s obvious that many companies’ employees use their cell phones for primary communication and are phasing out use of landlines. What’s not obvious is how some of these companies manage to tolerate less-than-stellar cell signals within their office walls.

Cellular signal booster manufacturer SureCall is targeting its new Fusion5X Booster right at the small business community.

The Fusion5X works with all North American carriers and provides cellular enhancement for up to 20,000 square feet per booster, with the ability to add additional systems to cover larger spaces, according to SureCall.

More from SureCall:

“Cell phones are becoming increasingly relied on in the business world, and having strong cell signal is vital to operations,” said Hongtao Zhan, SureCall’s CEO.

“The Fusion5X provides the necessary cell phone signal coverage for businesses like retail stores, offices, or even schools to be able to provide quality cellular functionality. The best part of the Fusion5X is the ability to easily expand coverage, should the business grow.”

The Fusion5X operates by connecting multiple antennas – four that communicate with the mobile phones inside the building, and another that communicates with the cell tower outside the building. Signals sent from a cell tower are received by the outside antenna, amplified by the booster and then sent to all of the mobile phones via the inside antennas. When a mobile phone transmits, the signal is sent to the inside antenna, and then to the cell tower via the outside antenna.

Installation of the Fusion5X is simple, with no pairing of devices required. It can be installed by the organization’s IT personnel, building maintenance group or one of SureCall’s independent installers.

As with all SureCall boosters, the Fusion5X is covered by an industry leading three-year warranty. It is available beginning today for an MSRP of $1,699, and can be purchased through SureCall’s distribution partners or by visiting the Where To Buy page on SureCall.com.
