Unified AV’s Knoxville Office Opens Video Opportunities

Beyond expanding into Tennessee, integration of Multi-Media Solutions expands Unified AV’s digital signage offerings.

There’s a geographic benefit, of course, to Atlanta-based Unified AV‘s integration of Knoxville, Tenn.-based Multi-Media Solutions.

It provides the integration firm, which already has additional offices in North Carolina and South Carolina, to more easily tap Tennessee markets via its new Knoxville location.

What’s perhaps even more beneficial, however, is the dynamic digital signage expertise it gains access to by bringing on Multi-Media’s team including its president and CEO Mike White, said Unified AV president Barry Goldin at CI Summit 2015.

In a Unified AV press release, Goldin explains:

“We saw a unique opportunity to work with Mike White, a veteran of the AV industry, and his team, to bring the strength of Unified AV to the Eastern Tennessee market and support MMS’s loyal clients. In addition, Unified AV will now bring the Knoxville team’s strength in Enterprise Dynamic Digital Signage solutions to our existing clients and markets.”

Unified AV, which reported $43 million in 2014 revenue in CI’s 2015 Industry Leaders coverage, already provides audio, video and communications solutions for corporate, education, healthcare, government, military and worship markets.

With demand for video and digital signage solutions in each of those markets escalating, the integration of Multi-Media’s expertise would appear to position Unified AV to grow its video offerings.

White, Goldin pointed out at CI Summit, “really gets dynamic digital signage.”
