Integrators are always looking for new customers that will turn out to be the best ones. But the best customer isn’t always the one who brings the highest margin of profit or the most service calls.
Some of our best customers are churches.
Unlike many other kinds of customers, churches do really stand apart. The technology churches use for their worship services can be of the utmost importance. Providing a high level of intelligibility is a crucial component in any worship service. Engaging the congregation is a top priority, and poor intelligibility can greatly reduce the level of engagement.
There is no easier way to lose people than through poor sound. Many people, especially those who are hard of hearing, will be completely turned off if they feel they are straining to hear the service. A good, properly designed, installed and operated sound system will ensure good intelligibility.

Just as a good sound system is crucial, video projection, when done properly, is of equal importance and effectiveness for engaging churchgoers.
The technology many of us can offer churches can greatly impact the way the church worships, providing additional ways to engage their congregations and bring in new visitors.
I get great joy walking through a new system with one of the churches I work with. They have an important job, and they take their job seriously. They are always thrilled when they realize that technology can greatly enhance the worship service.
In my experience, churches have a strong desire for long-term relationships. They are not into hard sells; they want to know more about you and why you would be so interested in their church.
Interacting with churches has been an extreme pleasure both personally and for my company. Being able to also offer them hands on training for their tech teams has also been a great experience.
