Distributor of residential and light commercial integration products Capitol has partnered with assistive listening product maker Listen Technologies to offer a selection of its receivers, transmitters, headphones, chargers, and accessories.

Listen Technologies develops products that “create exceptional user listening experiences in a variety of groups or gatherings,” according to the joint announcement. “The company thrives on innovation, leading to the delivery of exceptional wireless communication systems. “Listen Technologies’ audio solutions are some of the most reliable and adaptable on the market,” said Curt Hayes, president and CFO of Capitol in the press release. “The company’s engineers are experts at creating products that minimize noise and improve listening conditions in the most challenging environments. Our customers are big fans of Listen Technologies’ intuitive product design and reliable performance.”

Among the IR, RF and WiFi products included in Capitol’s Listen Technologies lineup are Intelligent DSP RF transmitters, and RF and IR receivers, in addition to universal headphones, antenna kit, rack mounting kit and accessories such as charging cases and trays.

Listen Technologies touted its newest IR and WiFi assistive listening product lines at ISE 2017 earlier this year in Amsterdam and used them to help CI editor-in-chief Tom LeBlanc understand their ability to filter out the unwanted noise and direct the sound where it’s most needed at InfoComm 2017 in Orlando in June.
