Fairfield, N.J.-based Comprehensive Connectivity has announced its latest family of connectivity solutions: the Pro AV/IT 18G 4K HDMI Splitters.
Comprehensive’s latest product line includes the CDA-HD12018G 1×2, CDA-HD14018G 1×4 and the CDA-HD18018G 1×8 products. All of the HDMI splitters support Ultra High Definition (UHD) 4K at 60Hz 2160.
Engineered for applications that include huddle spaces, classrooms, collaboration systems, conference rooms, showroom displays, lecture halls, retail sales displays and other similar businesses and municipalities, the company says the Pro AV/IT 18G 4K HDMI Splitters offer integrators a choice of signal management solutions.
Pro AV/IT 4K HDMI Splitter Specifications
The Garden State company explains the HDMI 1×2, 1×4 and 1×8 splitters offer the ability to distribute a single HDMI source to as many as eight HDMI outputs simultaneously.
Comprehensive says the AV/IT 4K HDMI Splitter products support HDCP 2.2, 3D video, 12-bit Deep Color, Ultra HD 4K video at 60Hz, and high-definition lossless audio.
Providing a total of 18Gbps of bandwidth with no data loss, the company notes the Pro AV/IP 18G 4K HDMI Splitters are capable of supporting today’s state-of-the-art A/V formats.
Other Pro AV/IT 18G 4K HDMI Splitter family features include:
- Supports 3840×2160 at 60Hz with 12-bit YCBCR 4:4:4 and VESA mode
- Supports video up to QSXGA at 60Hz
- Compliant with DVI 1.0, HDMI 1.4b and HDMI 2.0 specifications
- The products provide frequency ranges of 25MHz to 600MHz

Comprehensive Connectivity will show the Pro AV/IP 18G 4K HDMI Splitters along with other selected products from its product line up at InfoComm 2017 in Orlando on June 14-16.
