There is a reason why the folks who launched Integrated Systems Europe chose a spot toward the front of the calendar.
The idea is, much like the consumer technology world likes to unveil products at CES in January, commercial technology makers should also have a beginning-of-the-year target.
[related]ISE 2017 proves that the plan is working. Commercial Integrator talked to several manufacturers that are now focusing their product development at least as much toward ISE, which took place February 7 to10 in Amsterdam, as they do toward the annual InfoComm tradeshow in June.
ISE is run by InfoComm and CEDIA.
