There has probably never been a better time to be a Chicago sports fan. The NHL’s Blackhawks have won two Stanley Cups in the past four years and are contenders to make it three in five years later this year.

The Chicago Cubs, meanwhile, won their first World Series championship since 1908 in November and are everyone’s pick to make it back-to-back titles heading into the 2017 season.

The latest bit of good news for Windy City area sports fans came when Northwestern University made the NCAA men’s basketball tournament for the first time in the school’s history. That can only mean one thing: to the sports bars!
