Lumens Integration Inc. recently introduced the DC193 and PC193 document cameras, each of which comes in full HD, 1080p, 30fps resolution and 20x zoom capability.
Both cameras come with a VGA and HDMI input/output slots and have an internal memory for storing up to 240 images. The total memory is expandable to 4TB using a USB drive.
These cameras “are applicable for presenting in educational classrooms, training courses and large and small meeting venues,” according to the press release from Lumens.

Users can tie their document cameras to the Lumens Ladibug app through their tablets and Chromebooks. The Ladibug software “supports annotation, captures and saves images and directly broadcasts to different cloud platforms like GoogleDrive and Dropbox,” according to the press release.

The document cameras are compatible with operating systems such as iOS, Android, Windows, Vista, and Mac OS X and will be available in the first quarter of 2017, priced at US $799 MSRP.
