After managing the rock band Phish for 17 years, Comal owner John Paluska made noise control a priority in his Berkeley, CA.-mexican restaurant. He turned to Meyer Sound, who utilized their Libra acoustic image system and complementary Constellation active acoustic system to control sonic ambience with the touch of a button. Solutions used include 38 UPJunior VariO and 45 MM-4XP loudspeakers, 12 MM-10 miniature subwoofers, 28 microphones, and the D-Mitri digital audio platform. The system was installed by BugID of San Francisco and many of the products are disguised among the restaurant décor.
