The recent InfoComm show found Listen Technologies showcasing a wide range of system integrator solutions, including the iDSP product line, the latest version of the ListenPoint system, and the third generation of Confidea Wireless Conferencing technology.

According to the company, the iDSP 72MHz offers precise clarity with 20dB less hiss than other RF receivers. Meanwhile, the new integrated neck loop improves the experience for people who have hearing aids and cochlear implants with telecoils. The receiver also features a built-in rechargeable battery, rendering alkaline batteries unnecessary.

The new version of ListenPoint, 2.0, is designed to create enriched educational environments and can integrate with any AV system. Among other benefits, the system allows educators to experience easy operation and installation, add music and sound effects, and incorporate assistive listening for legislative compliance.

Finally, in a move that continues its partnership with Televic, Listen Technologies also unveiled the third generation of Confidea Wireless Conferencing, G3. Features of the latest version include: more available frequencies in various countries for better global communication; a simplified button layout with a more intuitive user interface; improved control for chairpeople; better battery technology; and built-in AES encryption.
Russ Gentner, CEO of Listen Technologies, commented: “Our team has worked hard over the past year to develop new technology that will change the game in personal and assistive listening. We look forward to continuing to release innovative market-driven products to delight both our customers and the A/V industry.”
