Demand for video solutions, including creation and distribution of video content, knows no vertical market limitations. At least, not anymore. In some ways, integration firms that have experience worked with broadcast or entertainment market customers have an advantage when their corporate, higher education or clients in any market come to them with their ambitious video needs. Perhaps, that’s one reason for Grapevine, Texas-based Bexel Engineered Systems & Solutions’ recent growth.
Bexel has increased its revenue by about 70 percent in two years, jumping from $14 million in 2015 to an anticipated $24 million in 2017. Although it does more than half of its business in the entertainment market, Bexel’s John Mills says much of the recent growth can be credited to “the enterprise video market” and that the firm does a lot of business with Fortune 500 customers.Return To:
