Andy managed on average $7 million to $8 million of Signet’s most challenging integrated projects across all low-voltage disciplines, including security, AV and health care. He is currently responsible for the oversight of approximately 700 ongoing projects worth $25 million a year, a project team of seven PMs and coordinators as well as an installation team of 30+ technicians.
