Spider-Man Homecoming

“I’m a huge fan of the Marvel Comics Universe, starting with the first Iron Man movie. Spider-Man has been one of my favorite superheroes since I was kid watching Saturday morning cartoons. I’m a sucker for the trope of heroes learning lessons that allow them to succeed. I got a chance to see the new Spider-Man movie this summer and I thought it was fantastic. One of the main lessons of the film was that it isn’t the high-tech suit that makes a hero. Tony Stark says to Spiderman, ‘If you’re nothing without the suit, then you shouldn’t have it.’ This lesson can serve all integrators. It isn’t just the technology that helps an organization; it’s the people who use the technology. If you aren’t training them correctly and empowering them to get the most out of their technology, then you’re doing them a disservice. A technology is only as good as the people using it.”
