It was blockbuster news for the commercial integration industry in 2012 when Extron announced that it would no longer exhibit at InfoComm’s North American trade show.
The manufacturer was, after all, a major exhibitor with a large show floor presence and a party that seemed to pull the industry together each year.
Extron was focused on shifting some of those marketing and educational efforts toward regional outreach including opening several training facilities.
