“Throughout our history, Middle Atlantic has manufactured exceptional solutions that solve the unique challenges integrators face and are foundational to reliable integrated AV systems. We continue that rich tradition of product innovation at this year’s InfoComm,” says Baker.

“Our latest power solutions are designed to meet the challenges unique to the commercial AV market, providing our customers with dependable, fully protected AV systems.”

InfoComm Rack Standard

As Middle Atlantic demonstrates the full capabilities of its latest power and infrastructure products at InfoComm 2016, the company has its eyes on the future. The company is presently lending its thought leadership in the development of InfoComm International’s newest standard, the Rack Building for Audiovisual Systems standard (INFOCOMM F502.01:2016).

As an unprecedented standard in the industry, it will provide integrators with best practices for building quality AV rack systems. The standard is currently being developed by an international team of AV experts, including Middle Atlantic’s Tim Troast, director product management, and Jay Franetovich, CTS, application engineer/product manager. The new standard is expected to be ready for review and comment by Spring 2017.
