First, LeBlanc puts his stamp of approval on NSCA’s Technical Assessment Tool, an application that HR professionals can use to assess a potential employee’s technical proficiency. The online tool walks candidates through a series of basic, intermediate and advanced questions about the industry and technology. Learn more here.
