Integrators and consultants should look at this data as an opportunity. Very few customers are interested in digital signage or video walls because of the tech within; instead, they’re excited about the content.
Way too few integration firms sell content creation services. More than half of customers are handling content creation on their own.
A logical sales argument can be made that customers doing so aren’t giving their investment their best chance to succeed. Integrators should put themselves in a position to offer content creation either in-house or partnering with a content provider.
