The only hesitancy we had in choosing Ford AV as our 2018 Integrator of the Year for our December 2018 cover story was wondering whether we could get enough of Jim Ford’s time to conduct the interviews. In the past he had been reluctant when it came to media coverage. We were pleased, however, that he allowed us to tell a story of a traditional company that knows how to evolve.
