Hall Technologies recently appointed Matt Kingsley as the company’s new CFO. The company is a prominent pro AV manufacturer across numerous product categories. Hall Technologies says that, in bringing on Kingsley, it has secured its financial future. Kingsley hails from the Dallas area. Hall Technologies shifted its headquarters to Dallas as of Dec. 1.
Kingsley’s impressive career encompasses financial leadership positions over a period of 20 years. Indeed, he has worked at companies such as AMX and, most recently, for RSR. Moreover, his vast experience ranges from startups to large companies in the Fortune 500 tier. According to a press announcement, Hall Technologies says that Kingsley is sure to make a big impact there next.
Kingsley Brings Hall Technologies Proven Experience
The CEO of Hall Technologies, Jason Schwartz, describes Kingsley as a proven global CFO. Indeed, he points to a track record of delivering results and creating value. “After a rigorous search process, I’m excited to welcome Matt to Hall Technologies,” Schwartz declares. “He is a high-impact executive.” What’s more, he extolled Kingsley’s “…compelling blend of strategic discipline, well-honed operating skills and transformational leadership abilities.”
Schwartz also expresses confidence that Kingsley will be a strong partner as Hall executes its short- and long-term strategies. Therefore, he says, the key will be to “…improve our operating results to position Hall for sustainable, long-term value creation.”
Kingsley too, reflects on a career in which he has spent a lot of time in the AV industry. “I’m happy to be working with Hall Technologies to enhance their financial success,” he enthuses. According to Kingsley, Hall’s reputation and company culture made the opportunity especially attractive. He adds that Hall’s customer-focused values and innovations were positive factors as well.
He finally concludes, “I believe that success depends on the strength of the team, and I’m glad to be a big part of this team’s roadmap to success.”
