ZeeVee will showcase its ZyperMx and ZvMXE end-to-end IP video solutions as well as its ZyPer4k product line at its booth #N735 at this year’s InfoComm show, June 8-10 in Las Vegas.
Chris Scurto, vice president of marketing and North American sales for ZeeVee, took the time to talk to CI about what the company has planned for integrators visiting its booth at InfoComm 2016, June 8-10 in Las Vegas.
If we learn about only one product innovation in your InfoComm 2016 booth, what should it be?
How easy ZeeVee is making it to deploy IP video in almost any environment with our end-to-end IP video solution the ZyperMx and the ZvMXE. The ZyPerMX is a complete H.264 video encoder and the ZvMXE is our IP decoding client device, which is launching at InfoComm2016.
The ZyPerMX IP encoder uses the same, highly praised, Maestro management interface as our HDbridge and Zvpro product lines. Maestro is heralded by our customers as the most intuitive, yet powerful management systems in the industry, so building that same ease of use and power into our new IP products in a look and feel that the customer is familiar with was very important to ZeeVee.
Ok….What if we have time to see one more thing?
I would definitely find time to see our ZyPer4k product line. It is the industry’s only uncompressed, 4K solution that uses off-the-shelf 10G Ethernet switches (fiber or Catx), that is shipping today.
ZyPer4k is changing the way UHD video is distributed, replacing the cumbersome, fixed in put/out, expensive video matrix switch, with standards based, 10G Ethernet. Like all ZeeVee products, ZyPer4k is loaded with features that make the integrator and end user’s experience very rich.
Features like built in USB capability for KVM, 1G Ethernet port at every encoder and decoder for connecting other devices to the network, RS232 and IR ports for control, and the flexibility of either fiber or CATx supported units to work with any network infrastructure you have in place.
What’s one last impression you’d like us to take away from your InfoComm 2016 booth?
ZeeVee has always taken a highly innovative and disruptive approach to video distribution and that is clearly evident across our entire product line. We are using that same approach, focusing on ease of use, reliability, scalability, and amazing picture quality, to help the industry transition to IP, regardless of source, network or number of displays.
