The Future of Video Conferencing in the Hybrid Workplace
Webinar to bring innovative approaches for integrators to support users in the new workplace where flexibility & choice drives collaboration.
Record Date/Time:

Prior to 2020, only 2% of the 27 million huddle rooms worldwide were outfitted to support video conferencing. This figure will change with the rise of the hybrid workplace in 2021.
With the ability to choose when and where to work, teams will often be split between those on campus and those who have chosen to work from home.
Traditional meetings with a few remote participants will be replaced by a more complex mix of team members who are split across multiple rooms on-site, with some remote and some joining from their office.
This will pose a challenge and opportunity to re-envision how technology can support these types of meetings.
For example:
- If there is no longer a single physical location or ‘anchor’ for these meetings, how does the way we schedule them change?
- How can users find opportunities to collide and collaborate with their colleagues when it is hard to predict when and where they will be?
- How can lightweight video conferencing be brought to the 27 million ad-hoc huddle spaces to support the hybrid era?
In this free webinar on March 10 at 2 pm EST, we will explore these topics and propose a few innovative approaches for integrators to support users in the new workplace where flexibility and personal choice will drive how we collaborate.
