A graph showcasing AV integration business' profits in the industry.

Although it has never been easy to run an AV integration business, the challenges that business owners face today are exponentially more challenging than those from past decades. At one moment, company leaders faced 9% inflation, a new peak in supply-chain problems, historic project backlogs and labor rates that have skyrocketed in the last few years. Even the most trusted economists seem unsure what the future holds. These turbulent times in the industry make business-focused thought leadership from Commercial Integrator and NSCA more critical than ever before.

This live webinar features NSCA’s CEO, Chuck Wilson, as well as prominent NSCA members Kyle Habben (Electronic Contracting Company) and Mat Hennings (Communications Engineering Company). Together, they’ll bring to bear their decades of experience operating profitable AV integration companies. The webinar offers actionable intelligence to help you optimize your firm and secure your future.

Key Focus Areas

  • Why integrators must be selective when choosing projects
  • How integrators can understand the “true cost” of projects
  • Why it’s important to scrutinize project time investments
