Almo Pro A/V Wins CI Award Third Year in a Row for Traveling E4 Program

Providing free product, technical and business training needs to thousands of resellers and installers, Almo Pro A/V’s E4 Program was awarded a CI BEST Award, proving the program’s growth and success.

In hockey terms it would be considered a hat trick. In baseball, a triple play. In bowling, a turkey. But for Almo Pro A/V, winning the CI BEST Award for its traveling E4 AV Tour three years in a row validates the growth and momentum surrounding the events that take place not three but four times a year.

Almo received the CI BEST Award on June 8, during an event on the tradeshow floor at InfoComm 2016.

“The CI BEST award is one of our most coveted designations as it is symbolic of the evolution of the E4 program, which increases in size and scope each year,” said Melody Craigmyle, vice president of marketing for Almo Professional A/V. “Now that our acquisition with IAVI is complete, Almo has much more to offer in terms of talent, training and expertise and this will be evident at the E4 events taking place in the fall.”

According to the CI BEST judging team, “The CI BEST Awards have become one of the most coveted awards in the industry because the entries are judged independently on their merits by a team of top integrators, as well as the Commercial Integrator editorial team, from around the U.S. Entries are rated by their innovation and benefits to the integrator. Congratulations to Almo Pro A/V for winning in the category of Training, Consulting, & Publications/Business
Services.”

The E4 AV Tour has traveled to cities around the country to provide free product, technical and business training needs to thousands of resellers and installers while creating the ideal forum for professional networking. E4 offers audio visual professionals a full day of educational sessions worth InfoComm Renewal Units as well as exclusive access to the newest products and services.

This year, the tour visited Washington, D.C. in March and Atlanta in April. It will resume in the fall with stops in Boston on September 23 and Dallas on October 18. For more information about E4, go to www.e4avtour.com.
