The Velocity Signature Meeting Room Solutions now support Zoom in addition to Microsoft Teams, providing more choices for organizations.

The new Velocity Workspace Solutions support major videoconferencing services such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. These platforms create a cohesive experience for employees whether they work at home or in the office ensuring technology features are easy to use and familiar no matter where the employee is at. AVI Systems’ Workspace Solutions offer workplace neighborhood technologies that enhance the use of flex desks and bookable meeting rooms in open office environments. The media-rich booking systems are accessible on mobile devices as well as touchpads in the office and provide a seamless transition that employees will find easy to use.
Velocity Signage
Velocity Signage solutions offer comprehensive digital signage designed to enhance corporate lobbies and reception areas that need to provide visitors with wayfinding and other communications in the modern workplace. These solutions also help employees identify and reserve workspaces and meeting rooms — and help them navigate unfamiliar environments that they may only visit on occasion. AVI Systems provides customizable templates for organizations to incorporate including templates for menu boards in cafeterias, wayfinding systems and reception area displays. These solutions integrate with databases and third-party apps to keep information fresh and relevant.
