Lightware, the signal management solutions provider, has appointed Roger Takacs as EVP of sales at Lightware Americas and has promoted Marc Jones to national sales director for the United States. According to a statement, these strategic leadership changes underscore the company’s commitment to driving growth and excellence in sales operations across the region.

In his new role, Takacs will be responsible for leading Lightware’s sales teams across North, Central, and South America, driving strategy, and fostering relationships with key clients to expand market presence.
He brings over 20 years of sales and leadership experience to this role. Since joining Lightware in 2022, he has served as VP of Education, where he has focused on fostering growth in the global educational market.

Jones joined Lightware in 2023 and has quickly made a significant impact as a regional sales manager for the Southeast U.S. In this role, he excelled in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and consistently surpassing sales targets, says Lightware.
