The Commercial Integrator BEST Awards recognize outstanding new products, solutions and services that can enhance commercial integrators’ businesses, including making them more profitable and sustainable. Criteria for winning products include innovation, functionality, competitive advantages and installer benefits.
This year, due to popular demand among #avtweeps and industry stakeholders, we have added two NEW categories to the Commercial Integrator BEST Awards! We are excited to introduce the following categories:
- Programming Company / Service Provider of the Year
- AV Person of the Year
The first new category reflects the increasing importance of specialized software and service providers whose companies tackle everything from control programming to software development.
The second new category seeks to celebrate the remarkable individuals who are the lifeblood of our industry community. The AV Person of the Year can either be a legendary figure or a young up-and-comer who is making a big mark on commercial AV.
Commercial Integrator BEST Award winners will be announced during InfoComm 2024, spotlighted on CommercialIntegrator.com, and featured in the August issue of CI+SSI.
The BEST Award winners are chosen by a panel of industry experts, integrators and the editors of Commercial Integrator.

2024 BEST Awards Entry Details
Main Requirements for Entry

- Product MSRP*
- Shipped date*
- Description of your product’s design and/or technological innovation ( < 200 words)*
- Three most important product features ( < 100 words)*
- Benefits your product provides to the integrator ( < 100 words)*
- Promotional description of the product to be used online and in print ( < 50 words)*
- An electronic file of the company logo*
- Up to ten product photos (at least one is mandatory)*
- Product specification sheet
- Link to more information about the product
Entry Fees
- $597 per product if submission purchased by early-bird deadline (April 12, 2024)
- $547 for entries entered under the new categories
- $697 per product entered through May 10, 2024
Submission Deadline
- Early-Bird Deadline: 11:59 PM EST, April 12, 2024
- Regular Submission Deadline: 11:59 PM EST, May 10, 2024
- Extended Submission Deadline: 11:59 PM EST, May 17, 2024
Winners Announced
Winners of the BEST Awards will be announced during InfoComm 2024, and they will be covered in Commercial Integrator and on CommericalIntegrator.com.
Rules
Your product must have either shipped in the 12 months before the May 17, 2024 deadline or be set to debut in the 6 months after.
