In this exclusive interview with SAVI Controls focusing on InfoComm 2024 plans, Derek Wilson and Cedric Monroe talk demos and booth activations. Wilson is, of course, co-founder and CVO with SAVI, whereas Monroe is senior director of design with the company. SAVI is known for its leadership in creating simple commercial AV control, automation and management systems.
During their conversation with Commercial Integrator about the big show, Wilson and Monroe highlight SAVI Glass as the biggest highlight of its InfoComm 2024 booth. “That is definitely the first thing that people should come and check out,” Wilson enthuses. It reflects more of a room-based architecture. He continues, “It’s a code-free UI configuration that the dealers can actually now build their own interface however they want to with SAVI Glass.”
Moreover, Monroe adds that SAVI Glass is directly responsive to customer feedback. Specifically, it caters to some people’s desire to have more customization options with SAVI. SAVI Glass strikes a balance between customization, aesthetics and power, he enthuses.
