What Happened With the i-AVPRO Merger?

Infinite Audio Video, ClearLink Communications and i-AVPRO have merged into one technology integration company operating under the i-AVPRO brand. The Little Silver, N.J. company announced the deal, which unifies three New Jersey based firms into a single platform serving commercial, residential and enterprise clients. A strategic investment by the founders of i-AVPRO brought the three businesses together into one expanded organization.

Which Companies Are Part of the i-AVPRO Merger?

Three firms make up the combined company, each bringing a distinct specialty. Infinite Audio Video, founded nine years ago in Red Bank, N.J. by Daniel Tapolow, handles residential and commercial systems integration with a focus on AV, smart home and automation. ClearLink Communications, a 28-year-old wireless consulting firm founded in Red Bank, N.J. by Gregory Frasca, specializes in in-building wireless, carrier coordination and RF engineering. i-AVPRO, founded in 2024 by Frasca and Tapolow, concentrates on enterprise grade AV, security and experiential technologies.

Who Will Lead the Combined Company?

Gregory Frasca will serve as Chief Executive Officer and Daniel Tapolow will serve as Chief Technology Officer. The existing teams across both founders’ businesses, including solutions architects, engineers, project managers, operations and accounting, will form one platform. The company plans to support a growing client base across the Jersey Shore and the broader Northeast.

Frasca says the combination positions the company in a strong regional market. “This powerful combination of advanced audio video, in-building wireless, security and experiential technologies, backed by a dedicated team, positions us in one of the hottest commercial and residential growth markets of N.J., Monmouth County,” Frasca says. “It gives us an unprecedented opportunity to combine our strengths and serve an amazing and diverse clientele across hospitality, healthcare, enterprise, luxury multifamily and more. We are truly blessed to live and operate in such a great part of the U.S. and have the ability to create jobs, support our local communities and service our customers.”

What Does the i-AVPRO Merger Mean for Clients?

The merger lets the company deliver integrated technology solutions at a larger scale across commercial, residential and enterprise environments. By combining audiovisual systems, wireless infrastructure, security, automation and experiential technologies under one roof, i-AVPRO aims to handle more complex projects while keeping the personalized service that defined each business.

Tapolow says the deal brings together complementary skills. “This merger represents the coming together of complementary expertise that allows us to deliver truly integrated technology solutions at a much larger scale,” he says. “By combining advanced audiovisual systems, wireless infrastructure, security, automation and experiential technologies under one organization, we are creating a platform capable of solving complex challenges for our clients while maintaining the personalized service and technical excellence that has always defined our businesses.”

What Are the Terms of the Deal?

The terms of the transaction were kept private to the companies. The firms did not disclose financial details of the strategic investment that brought the three businesses together.
