  • The entire SIOM team joins GoVision as part of the deal.
  • GoVision now claims to be the only U.S. company offering a complete LED services portfolio.
  • Combined services span installation, monitoring, maintenance, repair and live event operations under one partner.

What Did GoVision Acquire?

GoVision acquired Sensory Interactive Operations Management (SIOM), a company that handles remote monitoring, content management and operational support for large-scale digital display networks. The Argyle, Texas-based LED display company announced the deal July 13, 2026. The move pairs SIOM’s monitoring and content expertise with GoVision’s work in permanent LED installations, mobile rentals, field service and bench-level repair.

What Does the SIOM Acquisition Mean for GoVision Customers?

Customers now gain access to a wider range of LED services through a single partner. By folding SIOM’s capabilities into its existing offerings, GoVision can support displays across their full lifecycle, from engineering and installation to remote monitoring, content management, preventative maintenance, field service, repairs and live event operations.

“Looking at our offerings of rental LED, fixed LED solutions, field service, and bench-level repair, adding SIOM’s Remote Monitoring and Content Management services is a perfect fit,” says Chris Curtis, founder of GoVision. “At GoVision, we strive to be best-in-class in everything we do, so when we decided to enter this market, it made perfect sense to acquire the best-in-class team at Sensory Interactive Operations Management. We look forward to welcoming their exceptional team into the GoVision family and delivering the GoVision Way to every client. Together, we’ll continue providing unrivaled customer service while expanding the solutions available to help organizations maximize the value of their LED investments.”

What Happens to the SIOM Team?

The entire SIOM team joins GoVision, keeping the knowledge and experience that built the division while adding resources for customers nationwide. GoVision says the transition preserves SIOM’s operational track record and expands the support available to clients.

“We could not be more excited to welcome the SIOM team to GoVision,” says Jeremy Saatsaz, vice president of operations at GoVision. “At GoVision, we pride ourselves on delivering unrivaled support to our clients and partners, and this acquisition adds an entirely new dimension to that commitment. By combining SIOM’s expertise in remote monitoring and content management with our nationwide field service network, component-level repair capabilities, and technical support resources, we’re making LED ownership easier, more reliable, and more efficient than ever before. Together, we’re creating a true end-to-end support platform that helps our customers maximize performance throughout the entire lifecycle of their LED investments.”
