Commercial installations may not call for the exact level of interior elegance that homeowners demand from system installers, but that doesn’t mean businesses don’t want their electronics installed cleanly and neatly.
Helping dealers to provide governments and businesses the same level of neatness homeowners demand is the connectivity and signal transmission company Aurora Multimedia.
The company’s recently introduced DXW-2 One Room One Cable line of products were designed to provide a streamlined means of control and signal transmission for rooms such as collaboration rooms and other similar environments.
Backed by long-distance signal transmission technologies such as HDBaseT, Aurora states its One Room One Cable products offer display control embedded in the wall plate for the simple connection of VGA or HDMI inputs. The wall plate will automatically turn the computer on once connected.
The company goes on to say that once users are done with their presentations and other tasks, all they need to do is disconnect their computers from the wall plate, and the wall plate will turn the display off after a user defined amount of time.
The company adds that its products are made in the US and they feature Decora style designs that aid in their room integration capabilities. Aurora offers the products in a choice of black or white. Other options include Ethernet, USB 2.0 and DisplayPort.
