Crystal Display Systems Networked Digital Menu Boards Come with Free Network Subscriptions

The global flat-panel display distributor and reseller Crystal Display Systems (CDS) has announced its latest solution.

CDS new networked digital menu boards come with free network subscriptions via the company’s Signage Portal service to support the display’s media capabilities.

Crystal Display Systems is providing the digital menu boards with a year of free service.

Some of the advantages of the new digital menu boards and network subscriptions include integrated Android-based network media players, Wi-Fi connectivity, Ethernet connectivity, and a choice of screen sizes such as 32 inch, 43 inch, 50 inch and 55 inch.

CDS points out the networked digital menu boards are manufactured with commercial-grade components to support 24/7 use, and they produce brightness ratings as high as 450cd.

Designed with professional integrators in mind, the new Networked Digital Menu Boards are engineered to install easily.

Explaining the installation process, CDS points out that all integrators need to do is plug the displays in for power and enable the predesigned templates that integrators can help their clients design.

CDS says the networked digital menu boards’ narrow bezels facilitate their installation in side-by-side configurations to provide users with a near seamless appearance, and the company also backs the products with three-year warranties and lifetime support.

Some of the displays’ additional benefits include web-based firmware updates, portrait or landscape mounting capabilities, multiscreen synchronization, USB-based firmware updates, scrolling text messages, integrated speakers to provide companion audio support, and an eco-power timer.

The networked digital menu boards complement CDS’ existing line of video display solutions range that offers everything from digital posters, freestanding totems and media players, to video wall displays, large-format displays, shelf-edge displays and outdoor monitors.

CDS adds that it augments its standard product line with custom product options.
