Helping electronics professionals to set a higher level of professionalism, the Bridgewater, N.J.-based company Brother International Corporation, has announced its latest P-Touch label making product the P-Touch PT-P750W.

Brother says its latest label maker is a versatile dealer tool that can be used by a variety of businesses to create labels over a wireless network.

According to the N.J.-based manufacturer, the label maker is compatible with Macs, PCs; Apple iOS devices and Android products, and once it is placed on a network it can be utilized as a shared tool to print labels and barcodes.

In the fields of residential and custom electronics, the label maker can be used to label wiring runs to neatly finish system installs, and in the office it can be used to maintain a tight grasp on product inventories.

Supporting the 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi-enabled label maker, Brother says that dealers can download its free P-Touch Editor Label Design software that provides installers the choice of using pre-existing label templates from its template library, or the ability to make their own customized labels through fonts, symbols and graphics stored on their computers.

In addition, the company points out its free iPrint&Label app enables smart device owners to print pre-designed labels, to create custom labels with graphics and photos that reside on their mobile products, and to create and print asset tags with names stored in their contact databases.

Brother ships the the PT-P750W preloaded with its labeling software that also allows for easy connection to computers, and it also includes a USB cable. In addition, Brother states the label maker is NFC (near field communications) compatible to support one-button touch connections with NFC-enabled devices.
