ClearOne Offers CONSOLE AI Configuration Software Course

Published: 2022-02-23

ClearOne, the Salt Lake City, Utah-based conferencing, collaboration and network streaming solutions provider announced the availability of an online certification course for its updated CONSOLE AI configuration software. The CONSOLE AI is a software program used to design a ClearOne CONVERGE Pro Audio system with built-in Audio Intelligence.

The one-hour certificate course qualifies for AVIXA certification and .5 RUs (Renewal Units) and is open for registration. The schedule for upcoming courses is as follows:

  • February 28: 1:00 – 2:00 PM EST
  • March 7: 8:00 – 9:00 AM EST
  • March 21: 10:00 – 11:00 AM EST

CONSOLE AI configuration software can help integrators save time in the setup of a CONVERGE Pro system for audio, video, BYOD, and Web conferencing applications installed in offices, huddle spaces, conference rooms, multi-purpose rooms, boardrooms, and lecture halls, per ClearOne.

Designers can configure all ClearOne DSP mixers and other audio products in one place with one piece of software without ever missing a step in the design process. ClearOne attributes this to a range of built-in aids that guide designers through the entire process of creating a project, adding devices and checking off each step along the way.

CONSOLE AI Features

The features of CONSOLE AI include:

  • An AI Workflow Checklist that guides users as they build their system to make sure that nothing is overlooked in the setup process.
  • AI Project Audit checks the design and reports errors and warnings to alert the user of potential problems.
  • Enhanced Visualization dramatically streamlines routing, design, and reviews.
  • Visual Language Elements include drag-and-drop, boundary boxes, mixer blocks and custom routing lines.
  • Audio Channel Groups can be created and then expanded for detailed control or collapsed for simplified viewing and control.
  • In-Line Renaming allows designers to change channel and channel group labels quickly without going to the Renaming Tool.
  • Also, C-Link Capacity is 150 channels allowing larger systems to be created.

There are two design modes — Simple and Advanced. Simple is for single-room designs. On the other hand, the Advanced module adds the ability to create dividers and partitions. CONSOLE AI supports ClearOne’s latest devices, including the BMA 360.

The new training course will introduce partners to the capabilities of the CONSOLE AI software. But, more importantly, it will introduce even more partners to all the updates made to the software since its first launch. These include the ability to enable mute synchronization with devices running Microsoft Teams or Cisco Room Kit, support for multi-zone voice lift. They also include the ability to export BMA 360 beam patterns for use in architectural CAD programs.
