Design-Forward, In-Ceiling Speakers the Focus at Leon Speakers InfoComm Booth

Published: 2018-06-01

The Leon Speakers InfoComm 2018 booth (#N2938) will feature the Axis Pro Design Series in-ceiling line speakers. Here’s a quick Q&A with commercial sales director Michael Fencil on their InfoComm recommendations.

Commercial IntegratorIf we learn about only one product innovation in the Leon Speakers InfoComm 2018 booth, what should it be?

The new Leon Axis Pro Design Series (commercial in-ceiling line speakers) is the most anticipated speaker in our history.

Each speaker has a UL-listed, plenum-rated back can and an onboard 70-volt transformer. All three models (4” with a shallow can, 6” and 8”) ship with square or circle grills that can be custom painted to match any space or custom finished to feature the end user’s logo.

To give our dealers and consultants the ultimate in in-ceiling customization options, we are now offering another game changer, Decor Grills. Decor Grills add an element of design to any space and come in three distinct styles: industrial, mid-century modern and contemporary.

The new Axis Pro Design line begins shipping July 1st. Decor Grills to follow.

CI: Ok….What if we have time to see one more thing?

We’re proud to announce a new addition to the Leon family of companies, Terra Speakers. Maine-based Terra is well-known for their extensive line of custom, rugged outdoor speakers.

From their LuminSound Series (landscape speakers with an optional halo or path light), to their All Climate Series (powerful, wall-mounted speakers), Terra’s portfolio will undoubtedly meet all of your outdoor needs.

And with an IP rating of 67, the best in the industry, all of Terra’s all- weather speakers are engineered and built to withstand the harshest elements. Visit the Leon Speakers booth to see Terra’s line-up of outdoor speakers.

CI: What’s one last impression you’d like us to take away from the Leon Speakers InfoComm 2018 booth?

We’re changing the way you see technology. As we see it, the future of integration isn’t just about designing systems that work, it’s about designing systems that meet all the needs of the end user and fit in with the aesthetics of the space in a way that is natural and consistent with the vision of the architect and designer.

Being a design-based company, we are uniquely positioned to develop and sustain this new way of thinking. With every passing day, new end users, integrators and consultants are turning to Leon to lead them. We are proud to carry the torch and excited to lead the change.

Stay tuned. What’s ahead is far greater than what’s behind.
