It’s at least a two-man job to talk about the mergers and acquisitions going on in this industry, particularly with Diversified Systems.
A few weeks ago, Diversified acquired Technical Innovation, a $180 million integration firm. Most recently, New Jersey-based Diversified has also acquired The Systems Group, a $30 million company based in Hoboken, New Jersey.
Prior to the Technical Innovation acquisition, Diversified was about a $215 million revenue company. Add in its $180 million acquisition of Technical Innovation and the $30 million dollars of revenue from The Systems Group deal, and it adds up to a $425 million revenue firm. While that is not the exact amount, it gives you an idea of how Diversified has really beefed itself up.
