Just Add Power was all about showing off its HDMI over IP distribution capabilities at InfoComm 2016.
“We do 4K over a managed gigabit network. We don’t require fiber to do actual full bandwidth 4K,” explains Taft Stricklin, sales manager for Just Add Power.
The company demonstrated its new in-wall PoE transmitter with VGA in, HDMI in, HDMI out, a couple of audio inputs and outputs, as well as USB 2.0 over IP. Stricklin says that the product will be shipping soon.
In addition to its new transmitter, Just Add Power also demonstrated its new VGA to HDMI, shipping now. This product works with Just Add Power’s 2G 1080P product and its 3G 1080P 4K product.
