The DAK Group, the Rochelle Park, N.J.-based, investment bank specializing in middle-market mergers and acquisitions worldwide, announced that Audio Visual Associates (AVA) of Denville, N.J. has joined forces with AVI Systems, the global audiovisual and unified collaboration systems integrator with 32 locations throughout the United States.
The DAK Group served as advisor to Audio Visual Associates.
