Bose Professional Announces Kenn LeGault as VP of Engineering

Bose Professional announced Kenn LeGault as the newly-appointed vice president of engineering. Per a statement, LeGault brings more than three decades of engineering and leadership experience across significant global brands. These include Avid Technology, DreamWorks Animation, Dolby Laboratories and Amazon.

Bose Professional adds that LeGault’s experience includes leadership roles at Avid where he worked on audio recording and editing products such as Pro Tools. At Amazon, he led the team responsible for Alexa Hybrid Engine (cloud/edge processing) for speech recognition; LeGault also worked at Dolby, contributing to Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision products across cinema, broadcast and mobile business segments.

“The majority of my career has been focused on professional and prosumer audio,” shares LeGault. “I am very passionate about media technology and applications for entertainment and communication. I have been fortunate to be a part of several industry-changing initiatives. And I am excited to help Bose Professional advance their technology and products to the next level.”
