AtlasIED Appoints Simon Godfrey as Director of Sales, EMEA

AtlasIED, the global electronics manufacturer providing comprehensive audio, communications and security solutions for commercial markets, just announced the hiring of Simon Godfrey as director of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In a newly created role, Godfrey is responsible for sales of all AtlasIED product lines in the three regions. The product lines include loudspeakers, the AtlasIED Atmosphere audio processing and control system, the GLOBALCOM enterprise communications platform, as well as the AtlasIED IPX Series of audio and visual IP endpoints.

Per a statement, Godfrey comes with over 20 years of sales experience in audio and entertainment. He thus possesses a wealth of experience in account management of European customers. In his roles, he consistently developed new profitable opportunities to support the growth of each company. In his new role, Godfrey will report directly to Matt Czyzewski, executive vice president, says AtlasIED.

“Simon is a sales pro with an impressive background in international sales and extensive relationships,” remarks Czyzewski. “With a proven track record of creating and implementing successful customer success strategies, Simon will play a pivotal role in elevating our sales efforts and driving sustained growth in the region.”

Emphasis on the EMEA Region

AtlasIED states it offers extensive audio and mass communications solutions for various markets. These comprise transportation, hospitality, retail, corporate, education and venues. The company’s GLOBALCOM enterprise communications system is also used in multiple airports, train, subway, and bus stations across EMEA. The AtlasIED Atmosphere platform installations features globally in retail, hotels and restaurants. Moreover, it combines with AtlasIED loudspeakers to provide background music supporting business operations. Finally, the IPX Series of audio and visual endpoints offer corporate, educational, and healthcare facilities an integrated solution. Per the company, it thus helps improve and modernize onsite communications.
