The AERO.2000 from Telos Alliance’s Linear Acoustic brand is a 2U-high loudness management product that is capable of hosting multiple AEROMAX processing devices. The unit provides real-time, adaptive wideband and/or multiband processing that includes an ITU limiter. The product’s UPMAX upmixing and downmixing algorithm creates 5.1 audio from 2-channel content. Linear Acoustic adds the configurable component provides signal routing for main and secondary audio programs, as well as EAS and local emergency audio insertion capabilities. The unit also includes front-panel controls, along with a color display and a headphone output.
