Collaboration and Wireless Presentation at InfoComm 2019: A Recap, slide 0

Mersive Solstice Platform Updates

Prior to InfoComm 2019, Mersive announced its Solstice 4.0 software combined with the new Gen 3 hardware to offer a flexible, powerful meeting space platform capable of supporting a broad range of room configuration – from huddle spaces to large conference rooms.

What’s interesting about Mersive’s approach to collaboration with Solstice 4.0 is that it goes beyond traditional product features by creating more of a network solution, which resonates with forward-focused integration firm partners.

“I think a lot of times people tend to look at Solstice as a wireless collaboration device and not as much of a platform that resides on the network,” says Dan Abrams, VP of business development at IVCi.

“What Mersive offers us is not just the ability to have wireless collaboration inside of a meeting room but to actually use those devices to provide monitoring, to understand what our clients are doing, make sure their systems are running, make sure that our end users have optimal experience, and the fact that it is a network-connected device allows us to do far more with them than you would with just a traditional box.”

With Solstice 4.0, Mersive adds SaaS on top of its hardware platform, creating a nimble solution to address only customers’ needs for specific capabilities, without needing to install a new box.

Mersive adds that Solstice supports “true 4k” which means that not only can Solstice sync to a 4k display, but it can wirelessly stream 4k native content.
