Just over a third (35 percent) of respondents say their hospital will be purchasing emergency communication equipment like two-way radios. That makes emergency communication systems the fourth most common category of security system on our list.

More than half (53 percent) of our respondents said their hospital made emergency communication purchases in 2017.
